NEW CLASS – YOGA
Yoga is BACK- In this class, we will review the basic yoga asanas (poses), explore a few “flow” sequences, do some pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and try a bit of meditation. Renew your energy, bring strength and flexibility to your body, and let go of stress as you explore the beauty of yoga. Beginners are welcome.

This program is unlike any other martial arts or fitness program for young people. It is designed to help your child reach their highest potential in life and in school. The students will learn the importance of self respect, self discipline, goad setting and perseverance all while having fun!!! We believe in praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement.
