Program Policy – Any program that is considered a seven week session, members can sign up two weeks before the class begins.  Non-Members can sign up one week before the class begins. ASK OUR WELCOME DESK TO TRY A CLASS ON US

NEW CLASS – YOGA

Yoga is BACK- In this class, we will review the basic yoga asanas (poses), explore a few “flow” sequences, do some pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and try a bit of meditation.  Renew your energy, bring strength and flexibility to your body, and let go of stress as you explore the beauty of yoga. Beginners are welcome.

Keiser Spinning Class

This is a seven week program of spinning. The instructor take you through a biking program.

Tae-Kwon-Do, Kickboxing & Self-Defense

Days: Tuesday & Thursday 13 yrs. and up 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 pm Cost: Members $53     Non-member $85

This program is unlike any other martial arts or fitness program for young people. It is designed to help your child reach their highest potential in life and in school. The students will learn the importance of self respect, self discipline, goad setting and perseverance all while having fun!!! We believe in praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement. Parents that work with us as a team, will enjoy seeing their child strive for excellence, at school, at home and at Kickboxing.

Step Aerobics

 Upbeat aerobic work-out for all levels.
