Program Policy – Any program that is considered an eight week session, will allow Y members to sign up two weeks prior to when the class begins. Non-Members can sign up one week before the class begins.

NEW CLASS – YOGA
Yoga is BACK- In this class, we will review the basic yoga asanas (poses), explore a few “flow” sequences, do some pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and try a bit of meditation. Renew your energy, bring strength and flexibility to your body, and let go of stress as you explore the beauty of yoga. Beginners are welcome.

This is an eight week program of spinning. The instructor will take you through an intense biking program to help you bike your way to a new you!

This program is unlike any other martial arts or fitness program you’ll take. Participants will learn the importance of self respect, self discipline, goal setting and perseverance – all while having fun! We believe in praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement to challenge yourself in every class.

Racquetball is a great way to test your reflexes and workout with a friend. The courts are open when the Y is open.
