NEW CLASS – YOGA

Yoga is BACK- In this class, we will review the basic yoga asanas (poses), explore a few “flow” sequences, do some pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and try a bit of meditation.  Renew your energy, bring strength and flexibility to your body, and let go of stress as you explore the beauty of yoga. Beginners are welcome.
