Step exercise in the pool. Aerobic conditioning utilizing the resistance of water and the movement of stepping.  Build muscle, increase endurance, lose weight, and improve your heart rate.

Deep Water – High Energy/Low Impact Aerobics

A great way to get in shape and have fun all while placing little to no stress on your joints!

  • Days: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
  • Times: 5:00 – 5:45 p.m.

Twinges in the Hinges   

This program is in conjunction with the Arthritis Foundation.  The class will improve flexibility and mobility for individuals with joint or muscular problems.
