Adult Fitness

Program Policy – Any program that is considered a seven week session, members can sign up at 7:00am two weeks before the class begins.  Non-Members can sign up one week before the class begins.

***NEW CLASS***Yoga-Hatha Interdisciplinary

A form of yogic exercise that emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing.

Days: Monday & Wednesday  Time: 5:00 – 6:15 pm
Cost:  Member – FREE   Non-Member – $75

NEW***Tae-Kwon-Do, Kickboxing & Self-Defense

Days:    Tuesday &  Thursday 13 yrs. and up 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 pm
Cost:     Memebers $45    Non-member $75

This program is unlike any other martial arts or fitness program for young people.  It is designed to help your child reach their highest potential in life and in school.  The students will learn the importance of self respect, self discipline, goad setting and perseverance all while having fun!!!  We believe in praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement.  Parents that work with us as a team, will enjoy seeing their child strive for excellence, at school, at home and at Kickboxing.

Step Aerobics (7 weeks)

Upbeat aerobic work-out for all levels.

 Keiser Spinning Class

This is a seven week program of spinning.  The instructor take you through a biking program.

Open when the Y is open. Free to Members, $10.00 per hour for Non Members, in addition to Guest Fees.
